How do you ship packages?

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all our products. Package is shipped immediately after the order is processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for the order processing time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we ship our products only to USA  and  Australia.  We do not ship our products to any other countries,  but plan to enlarge our geography in near future.

Alaska & US territories:

*Please allow 30+ days for following destinations:

  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Virgin Islands

US APO:

*Please allow 30+ days for following destinations:

  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Pacific
  • Armed Forces
  • Armed Forces Europe

 

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

We normally use express shipping providers for fast and reliable delivery.  Please see individual product pages for delivery time estimates of each product.

Please note that the total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes we provide tracking information after your item is produced and shipped. We will email you the delivery tracking number once the carrier makes it available. Please note that getting the tracking number from the carrier may take up to 48 hours after shipment. 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
